Be Proud of Yourself
It might be a good idea to make a list of all the things you are proud of or have achieved. Be proud of them; there is nothing wrong with that! Have the list somewhere where you will see it often. Until you start believing it, it is a good idea to have a visual display to remind you. If you would struggle to come up with a list by yourself, speak to close friends or family. They will be able to help you with some suggestions. They will be able to make you realise all of the great things you have done and your great qualities.
