During the winter months my skin goes through a phase of total dullness so I tend to overuse topical products to achieve the look I’m going for. The only problem with that is everything seems to fall flat, causing my skin to look lifeless. Blah!

So how does this tool actually work?
When plugged in, the Microderm360 is in the “stand by” mode, where only one light is illuminated. You press the power button again and it turns on to a lower setting (2 lights) or press it one more time for a higher level. I use the lower setting for my face, but for my arms and legs, I go for the higher treatment level because yes, they need it and can stand it. haha!
By pressing the blue button on the side of the unit, you can change the position of the head which makes it easier to reach the contours of your face and the backs of your arms and legs. I always swivel it when it’s in use.

The junk that is removed is quite unsightly to say the least. All of the dead and dull skin is removed to reveal more youthful and smoother skin. You wouldn’t believe the amount of gunk that comes from your arms and legs. Wow!
For best results, I use the Microderm360 at night before bedtime which allows the skin on my face to rest. The tool can cause a bit of redness after use so allowing it time during the night to recoup is better than going out in public looking like you have a slight sunburn. hahaa!
After use I apply a night cream to replace any possible loss of moisture and when I awake I then apply a sunscreen because although it tends to be more cloudy during the winter months, those blotchy sun rays can still cause damage to your sensitive skin.
What’s absolutely wonderful about this product is that if you have acne scars or blemishes (like I do) the Microderm360’s vacuum suction softens your skin, making the quality much better and those marks less visible. After use you get a more radiant, healthier glow that comes from beneath the skin as the device promotes blood circulation and collagen production.
